Who is duchess?

Dutchess, the Queen of “Grooving” The Queen of staying “True to yourself”, The “Razzle in your Dazzle” American recording artist, singer, songwriter, musician, and rapper born in Detroit Michigan then later moved to North Carolina has planted a seed and it’s sowing. 

On June 9th, 2013, Dutchess released her first album “Where Were You”, and then later to feature with the likes of “Brim Cannon”, and
“Tommy Gunsz” on the singles “Cook Up” and “Waterfalls”. The well-rounded artist can adapt to any beat, any tune, and any hymn with her raspy, bold, full, and outspoken words of comfort through voice, and when she opens her mouth what a sound to hear. On March 21st she graced the music scene again featuring on the new hit single “4Life” with Dr3d AKA TheSexyGrandpa and has begun making
appearances on several boots on the ground functions while kicking up some dust. Meanwhile March 31st 2025 she made a statement that music is her home by releasing her first single since the release of her freshman album “Where Were You’’ titled “Movin My Feet”. Since the release of that single, she has then started molding her sound and mastering her crafts.

This Soul Sista continues to break down walls of doubt when it comes to doing anything she wants to do,  on July 4th 2025 she did just that and opened “The Boots on The Ground Field Day” alongside the CEO and Producer of Payaduez Entertainment Dr3d AKA TheSexyGrandpa with their Hit single “4Life”. This woman Dutchess does not plan on stopping or letting up anytime soon, she also plans to release a video to the hit single “Aint Jody” her first southern soul single, along with her follow up hit single “Rock me” which releases March 28th on all digital streaming platforms, including (ITunes, Spotify, and Apple Music just to name a few). Ms. Aint Jody plans to complete a second album soon but, will be one of her first blues/southern soul albums that she will have ever released in her singing career.
